My Dog Butler formerly known as Wags was founded back in 2012 by Camille Noell and Jayce McQuerter in St. Louis, Missouri. Their mission and purpose has remained constant: providing high-quality customized dog walking and pet sitting services in the area. Their local success was about to turn into a national business. Therefore, a new logo and website became necessary.

Rebranding Guidelines
Art Deco inspired look and feel with a Premium touch.
The logo should highlight the interaction between butler and the happy, fun-engaging dog.

UX Goal – increase bookings online, reduce subscription/form abandonment.

Solutions
Improving user interaction by implementing multi-step booking forms with visible progress indicators as opposed to the very long one-step forms currently available on the website and using conditional logic to only reveal additional information based on the last completed field; using urgency call to action texts, predictive search to reduce amount of typing effort.
Increasing overall trust by using testimonials and social proof.
